- Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS – arrives in 15-25 business days after dispatch
Note: Delivery times may vary slightly based on your kingdom’s location. Some remote areas of Asia and other distant lands may experience longer delivery times or restrictions.
International Shipping:
We ship our Disney magic worldwide! However, please note that customs fees may apply in some kingdoms, and these are the responsibility of the royal recipient.
🔮 Our Enchanted Returns Policy
If your magical items don’t fit perfectly or need to be exchanged, our fairy godmothers are here to help! You have 15 days from delivery to initiate your return – just like Cinderella had until midnight!
Return Guidelines:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging should be preserved like a precious spellbook
- A receipt or order number is required (we keep digital records too!)
- For hygiene reasons, certain baby accessories cannot be returned (see below)
