Are your products officially licensed Disney merchandise?
Absolutely! All our products are 100% authentic Disney licensed merchandise, guaranteed to bring that special Disney magic to your home. We work directly with Disney to offer you the same quality you’d find in the parks!
Do you offer plus sizes or special sizing options?
Yes! We proudly offer Big & Tall clothing options so everyone in the family can enjoy Disney style. Be sure to check our size charts for each product to find your perfect fit.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
What are my shipping options?
We offer two magical delivery options:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95 USD): Via DHL or FedEx, arriving in 10-15 days after dispatch with full tracking
- Free Shipping: Via EMS for orders over $50, arriving in 15-25 days after dispatch with basic tracking
Do you ship internationally?
We spread Disney magic worldwide! However, we currently cannot deliver to some parts of Asia and remote locations (but our fairy godmothers are working on expanding our reach!). If you’re unsure about delivery to your location, feel free to contact us before ordering.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information:
- Standard Shipping: Full tracking through DHL or FedEx
- Free Shipping: Basic tracking through EMS

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) and PayPal – whichever way you prefer to pay for your Disney dreams!
Is my payment information secure?
Your security is as important to us as Cinderella’s glass slipper! We use industry-standard encryption and never store your full payment details on our servers. You can shop with confidence knowing your information is protected.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We work as fast as the White Rabbit to process orders! If you need to make changes, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll do our best to help before your order ships (usually within 1-2 business days).
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We want every Enchanted Looks experience to end with “and they lived happily ever after!” If your items don’t bring you Disney joy, you have 15 days from delivery to initiate a return. Items must be unused, in original packaging with tags attached.
How do I return an item?
Simply email our customer care team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you return instructions faster than you can say “Hakuna Matata!” Please note return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method (typically 5-10 business days).
